We quote each property individually rather than posting a fixed price. In most cases we can quote from a few clear photos; larger or more involved properties may need a quick site visit first. As a guide only — not a fixed price — a substantial one-day tidy is commonly around $1,200, depending on the size and condition of the garden, the trimming and clearing needed, access, green-waste volume, any rubbish removal and whether follow-up visits are required.
The weeds, prunings and clippings we create are cleared away as part of the work, so you are not left with piles before an open home. General rubbish can be taken as well when it is included in your quote, and depending on the volume, disposal may be quoted as a separate line — we will always make that clear.
