Presentation-ready garden clean-ups for Auckland homes going on the market — tidy, cared for and ready for photography, listings and open homes.
When a property goes on the market, the garden is part of the first impression — in the listing photos, at the kerb and during open homes. If it has not been kept up, a pre-sale clean-up gets it looking tidy and cared for in time for the campaign, without turning into a full landscaping project.
We work with homeowners, vendors, agents and property managers across Auckland to get gardens photo-ready, focusing on the areas buyers notice first and clearing the green waste as we go.
Start your garden enquiryAn untidy garden shapes the first impression of the whole property — in the listing photos, at the kerb and during open homes — and can leave buyers wondering whether other maintenance has been neglected too. A pre-sale clean-up gets it looking cared for, prioritising the areas that matter most in photos and viewings rather than turning into a full landscaping project.
A focused clean-up by a two-person team can make a substantial difference to most gardens in a single working day. Heavily overgrown or long-neglected gardens may need more, and where that is the case we will tell you up front and can stage the work so it is ready in time for your key dates.
We pay particular attention to the front entrance, street-facing beds and the spaces most likely to appear in listing photos, so the property presents well online and in person. Where a home is marketed over several weeks, we can arrange follow-up visits to keep it sharp for each open home, or set up regular garden maintenance until it sells.
Selling soon? We can often accommodate short-notice clean-ups, depending on the size of the job and our current schedule. Send a few clear photos and your key dates and we will let you know what is achievable.
We quote each property individually rather than posting a fixed price. In most cases we can quote from a few clear photos; larger or more involved properties may need a quick site visit first. As a guide only — not a fixed price — a substantial one-day tidy is commonly around $1,200, depending on the size and condition of the garden, the trimming and clearing needed, access, green-waste volume, any rubbish removal and whether follow-up visits are required.
The weeds, prunings and clippings we create are cleared away as part of the work, so you are not left with piles before an open home. General rubbish can be taken as well when it is included in your quote, and depending on the volume, disposal may be quoted as a separate line — we will always make that clear.
To help us give you a useful answer quickly, send a few clear photos of the garden, the property suburb, your key dates—such as photography, listing or open homes—and the areas you are most concerned about.

Focus on the areas buyers see first — the front entrance, street-facing beds, lawns, paths and any spaces likely to appear in listing photos. A typical pre-sale clean-up covers weeding, cutting overgrown shrubs and hedges back into shape, tidying beds and edges, clearing and blowing down paths, and removing the green waste. We prioritise the highest-impact areas rather than treating it as a full landscaping project.

Yes, in most cases. A few clear photos of the garden are usually enough for us to prepare a quote. Larger or more complicated properties may need a quick site visit first.

Often, yes. Where a property is marketed over several weeks, we can arrange a follow-up visit to keep it looking sharp for open homes. Availability depends on the size of the job and our schedule, so it helps to mention your open-home dates when you enquire.
